Exchange and Refund Procedure
Non-returnable and Non-refundable items
– Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
– Any product that has been opened or used (Example: Taken out of box or bottle-top to be opened). We reserve the rights of defining the policy.
– Any product that is not in its original condition and packaging, is damaged, or is missing parts.
– Any free gift product and sample.
– In the event of dispute, sdtlshop.com’s and /or Life 720 Company Limited’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
– The product is damaged during the delivery.
– The delivered product is in the poor condition.
– The delivered product is different from the ordered product.
The customer has paid for the order but he/she would like to request sdtlshop.com’s and /or Life 720 Company Limited’s to cancel the order and refund the payment within 24 hours of the purchase, the whole invoice amount would be refunded. If the order is requested to cancel after 24 hours of the purchase, sdtlshop.com’s and /or Life 720 Company Limited’s would deduct 25% of the invoice amount as the handling fee.
